But Wait, This Is Near
Tagaytay – Where Are The
Beach and Mountains?
You’re right. At the moment this is just a great panoramic view of some untouched property. No houses, no coast, and no hills alive with the sound of music.
With its close proximity to the tourist town of Tagaytay and the beaches of Nasugbu, Batulao Artscapes enjoys the best of both worlds - sitting right in the middle of a mountain and the beach.
Dubbed as the Philippines’ second summer capital, Tagaytay is one of the most popular tourist destinations south of Metro Manila because of its outstanding scenery and cool climate. Despite rapid urban development, agriculture remains an important part of the city’s economy with abundant produce such as pineapple, coffee, banana, root crops, and flowers.
The city is also widely popular to tourists seeking a panoramic view of Taal Volcano and its surrounding lake. Tagaytay has a population of more than 71,000 people and receives seasonal influx of tourists during the festive Christmas season.
Batulao Artscapes is only a 20-minute drive away from Tagaytay City.
Named as Batangas last frontier, Nasugbu’s close proximity to Metro Manila makes it a popular choice among tourists who regularly visit its beautiful beaches on weekends. Nasugbu is now even more accessible with Kaybiang Tunnel - the Philippines’ longest subterranean road tunnel.
With its mountainous terrain, expansive ocean, and lush surroundings, Nasugbu continuous to charm tourists and vacation homeowners seeking to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life.
BUT A GRAND VISION MUST START SOMEWHERE.
What you’re about to see is a revolutionary project that that starts with raw earth and imagination, and ends with everything you need to retire young.
How to get to Batulao
Batulao Artscapes is located south of Metro Manila in Barangay Kaylaway, Nasugbu Batangas, along the Tagaytay-Nasugbu major highway.
Once the 49-kilometer Cavite-Tagaytay-Batangas Expressway (CTBEX) is built, travel time to Tagaytay City will only take less than an hour as announced by the tollways unit of Metro Pacific Investments Corporation (MPIC). Construction of the proposed CTBEX is expected to start by the 1st half of 2019.
